At Just For Hair Salon, every appointment is a dedication of time, creativity, and expertise. When you book a color, cut, or treatment, your stylist reserves that chair and that block of time specifically for you.

When a client cancels without enough notice or doesn’t show up at all (a “No-Show”), it means we lose the opportunity to fill that valuable slot—and another client on our waitlist loses the chance to receive a service.

Our 24-Hour Notice Policy: The Golden Rule

We kindly request that all clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

🛠️ What Happens When an Appointment is Missed?

To protect the time of our team, we enforce a clear policy, which is agreed upon at the time of booking:

  1. Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours): You may be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  2. No-Show (Missed Appointment with no notice): You may be charged a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

This fee helps us cover the direct loss of revenue for your stylist and the salon.
